The Best Western Midway Hotel Riverfront Resort offers 4,500 square feet of flexible and professional state-of-the-art conference facilities to accommodate up to 400 guests. Each recently renovated meeting room is equipped to handle most audio/visual needs and rooms feature individual climate controls. The St. Croix, La Crosse and Wisconsin Rooms, located adjacent to our lobby, open into one large room which is ideal for large weddings, meetings, dinners and trade shows. The Paddlewheel and Jack's Room are located in our restaurant area and are ideal for small meetings or gatherings.

Convention/banquet services include 24-hour courtesy transportation to and from all transportation terminals. We will arrange for charter buses to transport your group to businesses, factories or area tours as well as provide menu planning, complete program coordination and audio/visual and catering assistance.

Fax and photocopier are available for meeting attendees use. Audio/visual equipment is available for rental through our sales department. Let us help you schedule fashion shows, speakers, tours and other activities for wives during convention business meetings. Paddleboat excursions available in season.

Bring the family with and turn the business trip into a mini vacation. While you are at meetings they can stay busy with the Water Park, mini golf and various other activities.

Advance Registration:
Our sales department will take care of advance registration for your convention group. The La Crosse Visitors & Convention Bureau will assist in arranging additional registration help if needed and will aid in the writing and dissemination of news releases to local, state, regional and national media.

Registration Table:
We will supply a registration table for large meetings and conventions and name badges are available for large groups at no cost.

Direct Phone Lines:
We will install direct telephone lines with directory assistance listings for your convention. Charges will be billed to you at cost.
